Over the years the facial muscles, as with all muscles, naturally lose their elasticity and are pulled downward by the forces of gravity.

The one hour treatment starts exercising the forehead, then moves on to the eyes, cheeks, mouth and finally the neck.

The client receives a thorough pre treatment analysis prior to each treatment. The client's particular needs and concerns are discussed and addressed in detail.

The treatment begins with a warm up, similar to that of a warm up in any exercise program. Then the muscles are gently stimulated to do repetitive lifts and holds. This creates a tightening of the muscle and skin, which is known as tone.

Following the exercise program a relaxing cool down of the muscles takes place.

A post analysis, which is done to overview the many changes that take place, is the final step.
